How to order

New orders

Please call 1-800-604-1607 and we can happily raise the refill order for you.

By Fax, Post or Email

Download and print out our order form: If you do not wish to place your order online that is fine. Please download our order form, print it out and then complete it in your own time and send back using the contact details on the form.

Refill orders

Online

If you would like to place the refill order yourself, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on Log In in the top right of the screen and login to your account
  2. On your Account Dashboard you will see your Recent Orders (If not click on My Orders on the left)
  3. To the right of the order you want a refill for, click View Order
  4. In the top right of the order, click on Reorder
  5. On the shopping cart screen, if the quantity is correct just click on Proceed to Checkout otherwise change to the required quantity first.
  6. All your previous order details are saved for you so you can then complete the checkout process, changing any details if required and then click on Place Order
  7. Once your order is placed we change your Order status to Prescription refill – Ready to Review and our pharmacist will then review your order/prescription.

Please call 1-800-604-1607 and we can happily raise the refill order for you.

By Email

Just email support@worldtrustpharmacy.co confirming you would like a refill and also include any changes required from your previous order. We can then raise the refill order for you.

» To complete an order, you will then need to login with a guest account, your existing account or register a new account. Your account is a fully secure, encrypted area used mainly to manage your orders, prescriptions, personal and medical information. New orders online ordering:

Step 1) Search for your medication

» From any page on our site you can simply start typing the name of the drug you want into the Search for medications here search box at the top of every page. As soon as you start typing the letters of the drug, a list will appear of all the drugs that match these letters. You can search using brand, generic or the marketing name of your medication.

» Simply click on the drug required and you will be taking to the dosage selection screen where you can select the dosage required.

Step 2) Add your medication to the shopping cart

» Select the quantity required next to the medications you require (we show you the cheapest brand and cheapest generic – if available)

» Click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button

If you require more medications, simply type the name of the drug in the Search for medications here search box and repeat the above.

Step 3) Proceed to checkout

» Once you have added all your medications to the shopping cart, click on the CHECKOUT button.

Step 4) Enter your login details

» To complete an order, you will then need to login with a guest account, your existing account or register a new account. Your account is a fully secure, encrypted area used mainly to manage your orders, prescriptions, personal and medical information. Please read our privacy policy to see how serious we are about protecting your data.

Step 5) Update your personal and medical details

» With your first order you will need to enter your personal details and medical history details, so that our pharmacists can accurately review your order. For future orders, you will only need to update any details that have changed since the last order.

Step 6) Confirm delivery details

» Please enter a new delivery address or choose to ship to the same address used in your personal details section, then click Continue.

» Review your delivery method (Free or paid) then click Continue.

Step 7) Confirm payment information

» We do not request any payments until your order and prescription have been reviewed and approved by our pharmacy team. 

Please select a payment method and press Continue. We currently accept :

  1. Wire transfer (Bank to bank transfer and wire transfer service that includes Credit/Debit card),
  2. eCheck (You just submit your bank account and routing number)
  3. Payment after delivery (Using any of the other payment options)
  4. Bitcoin and over 100 Cryptocurrencies.

The whole payment process and your details are fully secured by leading Credit card processing providers, Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Comodo SSL encryption.

Step 8) Place your order

» Please review your order details, read the Terms of Sale and then click on the I agree to the above TERMS of Sale and select PLACE ORDER.

» You will then receive a screen showing confirmation of your order, order number, prescription submission options and the option to print your order.

» You will also receive a Welcome email (on your first order), a new order email, invoice and shipping tracking order email once your order has shipped so that you can track your order online. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see our emails.

Step 9) Send your prescription

Your or your pharmacy/doctor can:

  1. Email the prescription to rx@worldtrustpharmacy.co
  2. Fax the prescription to 1-800-604-1607
  3. Post the original prescription to:

» Your order is now ready for processing by World Trust Pharmacy. If you wish to see how we process your order, please click here

» Unlike many illegal online pharmacies, we must have a copy of your prescription before we can start processing your order

» Please see our How to send us your prescription page for details of how you can do this

» Once your prescription/order has been approved by our licensed pharmacists, your order will be shipped using registered mail - delivered in 7-10 business days from when we send you the tracking number

» You will automatically receive emails for your placed order confirmation, invoice and order shipped emails (including your USPS/EMS tracking number).
